15 MIN To Tone Your Triceps | Home Workout |

This workout is to tone up your triceps muscles by using your own body weight and a medium to light resistance band.
Do this circuit 3times!
If you want to challenge yourself, add 20 burpees to start each round.
Have a good workout!

這次的運動是居家雕塑三頭肌。我知道蝴蝶袖一直是很多女生的困擾,包括我自己也是。
所以我設計了這個運動,讓我們一起跟蝴蝶袖說掰掰。
你需要準備一條彈力帶不要太緊的。
記得要循環做3次。如果想要挑戰自己,可以在每次一開始加上20下的波比,讓強度增加。
